Satheesh Kumaran brings over 18 years of experience across HR Strategy, Employee Relations, and Capability Building in top-tier firms. He is the strategic mind behind HitaArtha’s consulting approach—known for outcome orientation, people-first thinking, and ethical frameworks.

With a background in Pharmacy and an MBA in HR & Marketing, Satheesh combines empathy with analytical rigour. He’s a certified Field HR Specialist from Cornell and has scaled equity portfolios 10x through data-led research. Now, through HitaArtha Consulting, he enables clients to architect HR systems that are purposeful, scalable, and future-ready.
