Satheesh Kumaran is the strategic advisor and transformation architect behind HitaArtha Consulting . With 18+ years of HR leadership across TCS, Accenture, and HSBC, he brings a rare blend of enterprise HR expertise, capital markets fluency, and proprietary frameworks that enable organisations to scale with purpose, profit, and cultural resilience.

A Cornell-certified Field HR Specialist, with a Bachelor’s in Pharmacy and an MBA in HR & Marketing, Satheesh combines analytical rigor with people-first thinking. His career spans the full spectrum of HR — from building HR functions from the ground up to architecting leadership ecosystems for scale—always anchored in ethical clarity and outcome orientation.

Beyond HR, he has scaled his equity portfolio 10x through data-led research, sharpening his ability to link financial performance with human systems .
